It’s March!

What are you marching into this week? What steps have you taken towards your goals? Have you started working on them? Okay, let’s take a step back. Have written them down? Don’t beat yourself up, it’s not to late to start. A finish line does not exist without a starting point. Keep marching and see how far you have gone once you spring into April!

It’s a new year!!!!

It’s a new year. Write out your goals for the next year. Spell them out in detail. Take your time to really think about what it is that you want to accomplish. If writing goals for the whole year is too much for you to start with, try breaking it down to the next 6 months or  3 months. Just get something down that you can start to get you closer to where you want to be by the end of this year. Visualize yourself doing or being where you want to be.20160929_164808

It’s Okay to Commit!

To the Single Mother: I know it may seem huge to commit yourself to five Saturdays, but when your looking for a new start in your health, wealth, home, your purpose, and community it takes a huge commitment to create the change. You cant do the same things and expect different results. If that is you, and you want to see a change in one or all of these areas, I am expecting to see you this Saturday, June 11th to take advantage of this new start. To learn something new.
